The driver's seat belt on my 2017 Malibu retracted suddenly while I was buckling up and jammed. I drove to Fairway Motors and asked them to fix the problem. They promptly took the car into the Body Shop and disassembled the reel. They found that the reel could not be repaired and ordered a replacement. When it arrived, they called me to bring the car back to them. I drove the car shortly afterward with the new seat belt kit installed. My thanks to the service team at Fairway for upholding the service standard that they displayed during our 50+ year long relationship.

Quick and polite service. Not sure if everything was done correctly. Air pressure in tires were showing low. Not sure if the fluids were topped off.

I felt the staff was very professional. They didn’t play any games. They were quick and efficient understanding that we had made a long drive to come down there.
