Mike was great through out the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and knew almost every detail about the truck I was buying. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. If I were to make any complaints it would be the amount of time the paperwork process took once we agreed on price. That could of also been related to being an out of state purchaser. With that said I was happy with the dealership happy with the staff and am very happy with the vehicle purchase.

The driver's seat belt on my 2017 Malibu retracted suddenly while I was buckling up and jammed. I drove to Fairway Motors and asked them to fix the problem. They promptly took the car into the Body Shop and disassembled the reel. They found that the reel could not be repaired and ordered a replacement. When it arrived, they called me to bring the car back to them. I drove the car shortly afterward with the new seat belt kit installed. My thanks to the service team at Fairway for upholding the service standard that they displayed during our 50+ year long relationship.

Fantastic experience with Fairway Chevrolet. I was originally looking to purchase from an out-of-state dealer, but after speaking with members of the team, I knew I wanted to give my business to Fairway and keep it local. Brian, Jeremy, Ron, and Gary were all extremely pleasant, professional, and accommodating. I was absolutely blown away when they sent their driver, Lou, to give me a complimentary two hour drive to the dealership from my house in Pottstown, saving me $150 on an Uber ride. They treated me like a VIP as they prepped the entire deal remotely to save time when I picked up the car as they knew I was looking to quickly get back to my wife who just had our 4th baby. Thank you to everyone who I worked with at Fairway! Will be sharing my amazing experience with friends and coworkers, and coming back when we upgrade to a Suburban in a few years!

Quick and easy

Because of my work schedule, I had to book servicing for my Equinox for 12:30 pm at Fairway, I thought for sure that I'd be there for 2+ hours coming in the middle of the day. But, to my surprise, I was all finished up within an hour. Great job guys!!!

The previous 2 visits addressed a CEL for an Evap Emissions system small leak without finding the cause and the CEL came back on within 48 hours of leaving Fairway. The last time, it was stated that "a smoke test will have to be performed".This time, because the CEL light was still on, I specifically rrequested that the smoke test be performed. However, it was not permormed and the CEL came on again within 48 hours of returning home. There have been a few customer service interactions over the years that have been disapppointing. I will not be using Fairway Motors for any service in the future.

The services were smooth and everything was completed as scheduled. I had an issue with a key fob, and they fixed it with no problem.

The passive lock system stopped working. During a program update, the passive lock system was shut off. I did not know this so I made a call to the dealer for service. The problem was resolved in five minutes. Why does this truck need updates when it works fine? Can I stop this?

When i called to ask why I paid the same for an inspection (that they actually did) as for an exempt emissions (that they didn't do) he was rude quoting Pa law that I pay $41 for the sticker that costs $12
